Day Two: 25 Oct 2023

09:00 am - 12:00 pm EST
modeFRONTIER hands-on training - Handling uncertainty, robustness and reliability in simulation-based design

This training session is going to cover theoretical topics of types of uncertainties affecting simulation-based design, and approaches to quantify them. The hands-on portion of the training will cover practical examples to model robustness analysis, multiobjective robust optimization and reliability estimation using ESTECO Technologies.

09:00 am - 12:00 pm EST
VOLTA hands-on training - Enabling enterprise digital thread using Simulation Process Automation, Simulation Data Management and optimization driven design

This hands-on training is going to focus on Simulation Process Automation, Simulation Data Management and collaboration in a cloud-based enterprise environment. The training will walk you through the entire process from a model to an optimized design in a collaborative web-based environment with data analytics enabling the decision making.

01:00 pm - 04:00 pm EST
VOLTA hands-on training - Business Process Modeling and no-code democratization

The first part of this hands-on training is going to focus on the importance of Business Process Modeling and execution in an engineering design process. It will highlight the value of simulation workflows and human-in-the-loop tasks managed by a business process helping monitor progress, schedule repetitive tasks and traceability in the engineering decision making process. The second part of the training will cover no-code appification of simulation and simulation workflows enabling subject-matter experts to create, manage and publish apps using VOLTA. It will also introduce VOLTA Application Programming Interface (API) for experts who want to integrate VOLTA in their digital thread.

01:00 pm - 04:00 pm EST
modeFRONTIER hands-on training - Advanced numerical and analytical concepts for insight generation through simulation data

This training is going to cover a variety of advanced topics in theory and practice which enable users to generate more value and objective insights from their simulation data. Part of the training will concentrate on the implementation of Response Surface Modeling and Reduced Order Modeling techniques with a focus on training, validation, governance and deployment using ESTECO Technologies. The training will also dive into data analysis techniques like clustering, principal component analysis and multi criteria decision making.
